ExtraTime ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at extratime.world and the ExtraTime application available through the Google Play Store (together, the "Service").

Account Information
When you register, we collect:
- Username and email address
- Password (stored securely using hashing — we never store plain-text passwords)

Social Login Data
If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier from the provider. We store this information to link your social account and enable sign-in. We do not access your contacts, messages, or any other data from these providers.
Game Data
We store your game activity to provide the Service, including scores, game results, answers, statistics, leaderboard rankings, unlocked achievements, titles, and profile pictures. This data is associated with your account.
Contact & Feedback Data
If you contact us through the feedback form, we collect your name, email address, message content, and any category or details you provide (such as bug reports or feature suggestions).
Device & Usage Data
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This data is used for security, error diagnosis, and service improvement.

Google & Discord (Authentication)
If you choose to sign in with Google or Discord, your authentication is handled by these providers under their respective privacy policies. We only receive the data described in section 2 and do not share your ExtraTime data back with these providers.

5. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us make the Service function properly, keep it secure, and understand how it performs.

6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and game history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data, game results, achievements, and statistics are permanently removed from our systems.
Contact form submissions and feedback are retained for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and for our records, after which they may be deleted.
Error logs sent to Sentry are retained according to Sentry's data retention policies and are automatically purged after their retention period expires.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access & Correction: You can view and update your profile information at any time in your account settings.
- Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the account settings page. This action is irreversible.
- Data Portability: If you would like a copy of your personal data, please contact us using the form below.
- Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw cookie consent at any time using the Cookie Settings button in section 5. You can unlink social accounts from your account settings.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
