Each user is permitted one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, gain unfair advantages, or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages
• Impersonate other users, public figures, or ExtraTime staff
• Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate usernames or content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these terms, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts.

ExtraTime is an independent football gaming and entertainment platform. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any football clubs, players, leagues, associations, game publishers, or governing bodies.

All team names, player names, and football-related references are used strictly for informational and identification purposes only. All trademarks, names, and rights belong to their respective owners.

Any images displayed on the Service are AI-generated or stylized illustrations created for illustrative purposes and do not represent real photographs or official images.

The ExtraTime name, logo, and original content (game designs, UI, text) are the property of ExtraTime. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without prior written permission.

By using the Service, you may provide content such as a username, profile information, and feedback. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree not to post anything that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

By submitting feedback or suggestions through the Service, you grant ExtraTime a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in behaviour that is harmful to other users, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings in your dashboard. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your game data, scores, achievements, and personal information. This action cannot be undone.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ExtraTime does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExtraTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, game progress, or account information, whether arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
